Properties of Layfomm from the plastic family Spezial
After printing, you will find that the material is firm and rigid. However, if you rinse off the print with water, your object becomes microporous and elastic. This is ideal for printing soft and flexible rubbery objects. This material is very soft and has a shore hardness of A40 (Layfomm 40) or A60 (Layfomm 60). To get the full flexibility of your print, you should leave the printed object in tap water for 1–4 days.
