Shipping conditions

We ship the ordered products with Swiss Post.
If your order arrives before 4:00 p.m. on weekdays, all items available from stock will be dispatched on the same day. You can see whether the items are in stock for all individual items and as a summary in the shopping cart. If, in exceptional cases, an item is not in stock, we will send it to you immediately upon receipt. Of course without additional shipping costs. All possible shipping options will be displayed in your shopping cart.

For orders over 99 CHF we ship free of charge to Switzerland and Lichtenstein as PostPac Priority!

The following shipping options include postage and packaging.
Orders under 15.00 CHF have a small quantity surcharge of 3.00 CHF. Except Picpbox and store.

A-Post (letter mail up to 40mm)

Up to 500 grams / CHF 4.20
Next working day delivery Monday - Saturday! Delivery takes place to the mailbox. This option is only displayed if you order items that fit in an envelope.

PostPac Priority

Up to 30kg / CHF 9.00
Delivery on the next working day Monday - Friday You will see the barcode number of your shipment in your customer account after it has been posted.

PostPac / Economy

Up to 30kg / CHF 7.00
Delivery on the next working day Monday - Friday You will see the barcode number of your shipment in your customer account after it has been posted.

Swiss-Express «Moon»

Up to 30kg / CHF 18.00
Delivery on the next working day by 9:00 a.m., Monday - Saturday! You will see the barcode number of your shipment in your customer account after it has been posted.

Pickbox in Dürnten

We now have pick boxes so that you can also pick up outside of our opening hours. You can order until 5:45 p.m. on weekdays. You will then receive an email from us with the box number and the 6-digit code. The order must be picked up by 12:00 the next working day. The four boxes are located on the corner of the building (25 meters from the entrance to the right side).
