EasyFix no. III is an all-purpose building board adhesive specially developed for working with polypropylene filaments.
EasyFix adhesives are designed to stick firmly to a heated building board so that an object adheres firmly to the building board. On the other hand, it also has excellent release properties when the building board is cold. This makes it very easy to remove a printed object from the build plate, while at the same time reducing the risk of damaging the build plate and the printed object
How to Use EasyFix 3D Printing Adhesives:
There is an EasyFix adhesive solution for 3D printing with fast all kinds of 3D printer filaments. Shake the bottle of EasyFix well before use. Make sure your 3D printer's build plate is clean and at room temperature before applying EasyFix to your 3D printer's print bed. Press the applicator sponge onto the build plate so that the EasyFix 3D printing adhesive soaks the applicator sponge. Let the EasyFix adhesive slowly soak the applicator sponge. Never squeeze the bottle!
When the applicator sponge is saturated, YOU can start applying the EasyFix adhesive evenly to the printable surface of the build plate of your 3D printer. Make sure the Z-height of your 3D printer is correct before you start 3D printing. The EasyFix adhesive adheres firmly when your building board is heated.
Wait for your 3D printer's printing platform to reach room temperature before removing your 3D printed object. EasyFix 3D printing adhesives have excellent release properties, so that your 3D printed object separates from the 3D printer's build platform when it cools. If the 3D printed object is still difficult to remove, YOU can apply a small amount of warm water to the printed object and the printing surface. Let the water crawl under the 3D printed object before slowly removing it.
A construction platform prepared with EasyFix adhesive can be used for several 3D prints.
