Dimafix® is a spray that is used by 3D printers with FFF technology and HeatedBed.

Properties of Dimafix®:

It offers a good hold between plastic and glass, so that warping is not a problem, even with large ABS parts.

You can print all kinds of thermoplastic materials.

The adhesion property is activated when the temperature of the heated bed is higher than 50 ° C.

As long as the bed is hot, the adhesive effect works even with large prints. When the temperature of the heated bed drops (40-50 ° C), the adhesive effect disappears and the model can be peeled off easily.

It is soluble and therefore easy to clean only with water.

It has a long service life (more than 100 uses).

The purpose of Dimafix® is to simplify the 3D printing process and make it successful. The first layers of the printing process are fixed with a light spray of Dimafix® onto the hot HeatedBed at the point where the part is to be printed. This action avoids unintended effects or distortions. Once the printing is finished and the heated bed temperature is below 50 ° C, the model can be effortlessly removed from the bed and no tools are required to damage the part.

Dimafix® is distributed in a spray can with an inner ball to avoid blockages at the nozzle. The capacity of the spray is 400 ml. This assumes a long life of the product, as the light spraying is only required in the area where the piece is to be printed.
